Orlando Florida

We are back from Florida. It was a blast. We went to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Kennedy Space Center, Fantasy of Flight, and Ripley's.

What a great time, it was in the 80's most days (one day was in the 60s), it was sunny and nice. We also got to go swimming - First time this year! Pics to be posted soon.

Big projects

So I was going to buy a closet that was 48" wide. It was a simple closet made with particle board. When I got to the store and actually looked at it, I had a feeling it would not last long under my usage. So Rob and I starting thinking, build a closet.

That's exactly what we are doing. We decided to build a closet in our basement for all of our extra stuff.

We painted the concrete basement wall with a water proofing sealer. Then we started building the walls. We have 1 wall done and will finish the other tomorrow. I know what you are thinking, only two walls? Well the other two walls are all ready in place. One is the concrete exterior wall and the other is the wall from our garage.

Oh and we also found a pipe that goes to no where. The pipe is not capped and it is secured in the wall. We tried to see where it went but with the firewood piled in the garage, that was pointless. The pipe will have to wait till the summer.

Its been so long

OK, its been a long time since I last posted something here. But I am going to start on a regular basis.

20 Days till the wedding

Can you believe it? Only 20 days till the wedding, and what a wedding it will be! All the vendors are ready, all the tuxes are rented, and all the dresses are fitted. Wally is ready to go.

Life on the weekend.

Well its 55 days till our wedding and things are crazy. It is so amazing how much stuff needs to be done to plan a wedding.

Plus we are also finishing up the wood work on our house. Plus we are also tracking down the wiring of all the electrical outlets and which breaker they are on. What a task. On top of all that, I still have to paint all 24 buckets for the wedding. Anyone want to help?

Snow

Today it snowed. It is snowing all day. Rob is working from home because the school he works for is closed (like every other school in the area).

So what am I doing? I am printing more items for our wedding. These are a suprise, so I wont spoil it by saying.

The dogs are having a great time infront of the fire. What could be better? A roaring fire, soft bed, humans, that is the life.

Well I have to get back to cutting the items I am printing.

Update

It has been way to long since my last update.

Since then, we have gotten rid of the ducks. They are just to messy and we were getting no eggs so they had to go. Now they reside at a farm in Amhert, NH.

However we still have 12 chickens (all hens). As of today, we are getting about 10 eggs a day. Which for the winter is a lot. So if you want eggs or know anyone who does, let me know. We are selling them for $2.50 a dozen.

We have also added to our family. We added a hampster. His name is Ralph. Why Ralph? Rob could not remember cinimon, so he ended up calling him Ralph and the name stuck.
