Well, the home inspection happened on Sunday. It went really bad. There are a lot of problems in the house. It is going to take close to $50,000 to fix.
So, I am going to keep lookin because I do not think the seller will come down on their price.
However, I did find another nice house. The lot is not as big, but the house is nicer. I will let you know how this one goes.
